Our Code of Conduct applies to all Bevlex employees, and to members of the board of directors, agents, consultants, contract labor and others when they represent or act for, or on behalf of Bevlex. We expect our partners, subcontractors, and suppliers to be guided by these principles as well. We seek customers and partners who share our values and standards of conduct.
The Code is designed to help our colleagues, partners, subcontractors and suppliers recognise and resolve the ethics and compliance issues that may arise in daily work.
It provides general information and practical advice about the behaviour that is expected of Bevlex employees and those representing Bevlex both on and off the job and has been endorsed and adopted by board of directors.
We realise that day-to-day practice raises difficult dilemmas. That is why this code of conduct contains not only rules, but especially our core values and principles. These form the foundation for our success and the spirit in which we operate. We assume trust and responsibility and expect that you will broach the matter if you have any doubts about compliance with this code of conduct. We therefore encourage any employee to bring up dilemmas for discussion in the organisation.
